The Board of Directors of Zelan Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for its shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
The Circular to shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Company's 2020 Annual Report in due course.
