We refer to the announcements made on 29 March 2024 and 2 May 2024 in relation to the EOT Application (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Company, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application for a further extension of time of 9 months up to 31 July 2025 to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 25 October 2024. Further announcement will be made upon the decision from Bursa Securities on the said application. This announcement is dated 25 October 2024. |
