Zelan wishes to announce that the members’ voluntary liquidation of Golden Solitaire (Australia) B.V. (“GSA”), a private limited liability company incorporated in The Netherlands (“GSA”), has been completed. Accordingly, GSA has been deregistered from the Commercial Register, Chamber of Commerce, The Netherlands on 24 October 2011.

GSA was a dormant company, with 66.7% of its shareholding held by Zelan and the remaining 33.3% held by Anglo-Oriental (Annuities) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary company of MMC Corporation Berhad.
