Zelan Berhad (“Zelan”) is pleased to announce that its 95% subsidiary, Terminal Bersepadu Gombak Sdn. Bhd. (TBGSB) has, on 19 December 2011, received a Letter of Intent from Ministry of Works, Government of Malaysia to appoint TBGSB as the Contractor to design and build the Proposed upgrading of MRR2 Road, Taman Melati Interchange and Other Associated Works.

The Letter of Intent will remain valid for 6 months subject to terms and conditions and the pricing of the Proposed Upgrading and Other Associated Works to be agreed upon, failing which the Government of Malaysia has the right to terminate the Letter of Intent without any further notice.
