With reference to the announcement dated 29 May 2012, Zelan Berhad wishes to update that Zelan-Kiara Teratai JV has on 31 July 2012 received a letter from Northern Gateway Infrastructure Sdn. Bhd. ("Client") dated 26 July 2012 stating that it is still not able to issue any confirmation of the Date of Site Possession which is provided in item 3.3(b) of the said announcement. The Client will inform Zelan-Kiara Teratai JV of the aforesaid date in due course.
