The Board of Directors' of Zelan Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek renewal of Shareholders' mandate on Recurrent Related Party Transactions at the Company's forthcoming 37th Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The Circular to Shareholders' containing details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate will be dispatch together with 2013 Annual Report to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
