Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(15) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Zelan Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 April 2019, received from its existing Auditors, Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT (“PwC”), a notice informing that they do not wish to seek re-appointment as Auditors of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 

The resignation is on voluntary basis and the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders. The Company will appoint another audit firm as the new Auditors of the Company.

The proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
