The Board of Directors of Zelan Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened:-

(I) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of Revenue or Trading Nature; and

(II) Proposed Adoption of a New Constitution of the Company.

Circular to the shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Company’s 2018 Annual Report in due course.
